I have had a good experience with this job being my first one ever post-graduation and I have had a great time working in this company because of how interesting the assigned work is and the challenges are. I have had the chance to work at client locations albeit being a junior which gave me real-world exposure and I would like to thank the management for believing I could handle such tasks without ever doubting my potential. The upper-level management is and has always been approachable and quick to receive feedback on areas of improvement which we often don't see in a lot of other organizations. We are provided other benefits like free lunches, cab & dinner during OT, etc.

I would like to point out that the work assigned and the compensation for the work provided is low initially though it gets covered eventually.

Good place to work as fresher Good salary increments as based on performance Good approach with project managers they will help in us project if we stucked.

Doesn't deal with advanced technical stools for QA. No work from home opprtunities.

Have good scope for career growth and technically we can gain knowledge . We have worklife balance over here.
