Excellent commission plans - good people make more money here than anywhere else. Great career progression - I've been promoted twice and progression is actively encouraged across the business. Lots of opportunities for ambitious people. Structured & detailed training for new & experienced consultants. Great flexible work arrangements for people that want to work part-time. We have had 6+ people go on maternity leave, come back and be successful. Flexible environment - once you are up & running (aka making bonuses) you set your own hours and aren't given KPIs.

A few years ago several people gave feedback about needing more training, this was taken on board and now every new person gets several weeks training in a group environment within a month of starting with the other new starters, as well as advanced sales training & leadership training where relevant. We now get excellent feedback on our training & continue to build on it each year.
