Does PickYourTrail offer unlimited holiday?

Does PickYourTrail offer life insurance?

Couldn't think of much pros. Its been less than a year. It felt like everything is awesome the moment you join. The culture seemed to be best

They call themselves "High performance Sports Team" which means, no empathy towards employee is needed You set goals but couldn't achieve them because your tasks are randomized Nobody has time to even talk. Crazy busy and this culture is encouraged Founders only care about business and nothing else Insurance was not great. I think the coverage is for 1 lakh. Which world are we living? No clear career growth path. You never know what you need to do to get promotion or salary hike etc Not enough parking space. Need to park bikes in front of office beside road. There are only 5 car parking slots. You need to provide status update whole month all the time. When you are not coding, you will be typing some form of status update. No long term solutions for everyday tech problems. All they do is patching Finally, There came a day where the whole world was panicking with corona virus (COVID-19). Founders announced that there is ZERO bookings and they want to cut salary upto 67%. That means you will get only 33% of your actual. If you choose to stay, you will get 33% salary. If you choose to leave, you will get 33% of compensation for your worked days

Advice to Management

If you need to let go of people, please fire them or tell them nicely that this had to be done and no drama please. Don't use a pandemic as a reason to withhold the salary of employees. At least stick to the job contract. Employees have nowhere to go in this chaos
