What is health insurance like at Planify?

Pros

Cool office, coffee although not that good, beautiful selfie and picture clicking points.

Cons

This is one of the most honest reviews. I very well know the Digital Marketing Team of this company will post all fake reviews to hide the true face of company but you know, reality couldn't be hidden for long. So here are few points which you must know: NO WORK FROM HOME EVEN DURING PANDEMIC. Even if there is a lockdown in place, employees are forced to come to office by hook or crook, unless there's no option left to come. Company won't take any responsibility for any loss to employee. There's no health insurance as well. It only cares about it's business. If employees asks for WFH, or leave for any genuine reason, he will threaten you to be relieved from the company. All the policies are made in favour of the company and there's no saveguard for the employee. The most important point: Your 15 days salary will be held as SECURITY DEPOSIT and as said will be given to you when you resign by giving one month notice. But at that time he will use cheap tactics to hold that amount. Hence you will lose that money. So think before you apply at planify

Advice to Management

No advice. Rajesh Singla will never change.

Does Planify offer massages?

Pros

1. Saturday lunch 2. Cool office space(not so cool though) 3. Monthly office snacks(make sure you're able to get it before it gets finished) 4. A booze loving boss who's always ready for drinks. 5. Motivational qoutes on whatsapp group. 6. You don't have to come up with new ideas and waste your energy. Sounds good?😀 What else one needs!

Cons

1. 15 days salary will be deducted & kept as security deposit because our boss is insecure just like any possessive Bf/Gf(what if you have all the Saturday lunch & booze and never come back to work). Normally an employee needs job security but here employeer needs service security.🙆🏼 Even though this is an At-will employement. Hypocrisy level is too much high. 2. Over possessive boss who can't keep his eyes off his employees(generally people call it micro management). Make sure you don't keep your hot seat empty for too long. 3. No work from home at any cost(unless the coworking space is shut). Pandemic is a hoax they say. 4. Over 9.5 working hours. Still seems less to our beloved boss. 5. Average salary is 15k with no other benefits. 6. You can't effort to fall sick. Company won't care about you. So be healthy. Stay fit. 7. Orthodox thinking. 8. High attrition rate.

Advice to Management

You can't advice the management coz there's none. It's run by one person. Our beloved Rajesh Singla sir. One man army. You can't advice an overqualified personality☺

4. A booze loving boss who's always ready for drinks.

Why do Planify employees quit?

Pros

Friendly environment is the only good thing

Cons

- loots money from employees & investors as company is not sebi registered - deduct security money and never return it to any employees - force employees to serve two months notice period - do not give relieving and experience letter - nothing ethically done - Planify is a trap. If you enter once you are just on the way to ruin your carrier.

Advice to Management

Have some principles and basic moral values. If you'll be looting employees and investors the same way you are soon going to destroy everything.
