Does Polestar Solutions & Services India offer vision insurance?
Pros
- walkable distance from sec 59 metro - parties now and then - free cookies
Cons
- toxic toxic toxic co workers. except one or two people the remaining experienced people here are soo toxic. not sure if the management is aware of it or not. - most of the people hired from DTU are following a horrible work culture here. mostly like a "Don" mindset they have. even though they have no great knowledge, they try to portray like they know everything and dominate others. - H.R is of literally no use. how much ever you complaint about anyone to HR or to upper management no action is taken on them. - constant deployments to project site and the allowance provided for it is not sufficient. - problems at client side have to be taken care by yourself by being submissive to client because management from polestar wont help you rather advice you to be submissive. - some people never get project and end up their whole career on bench. - branding of people happens here. they judge very quick without proper evaluation. the evaluation of skills happen very badly and based on that projects are given.
Advice to Management
weed out the DTU people. not all but there are few dominating people on floor who has no work ethics or corporate ethics. they are better off in some-other factory type work culture where they can scold anyone under them and treat them bad. they are not suitable for corporate companies.
