-Pure stopped benefit people who work harder than others; - Pure stopped promoting employees internally, a lot of fake formality around the HR process to complete it - No more perks like travels to Moab, food snacks etc - less and less pay compared to their competitors - poor implementation of new CRM system that hugely impacted our customers globally and lowered their satisfaction

Advice to Management

value your hard-working employees who goes extra mile each shift - financially! give more budget recourses to grow best and smart technicians and get rid of slow/weak performers who get paid exactly the same as their champions.

Advice to Management

Find more hands-on managers instead of lean-and-mean supercilious type.

Pros

Despite growing into a medium sized corporation, Pure Storage's direction is still mainly driven by engineering. That makes it an exciting workplace for several reasons: the products you work on are the leading solutions in data storage, you are surrounded by smart colleagues and you never feel like your voice is not heard. On top of that, Pure Storage shows how much it values employees with actions, not just words. The company had good financial results? Company-wide holiday. 5 weeks of holiday was not enough? Get a couple days extra. Sick? No worries, you get 100% of your salary. The office in Karlin is both beatiful and functional. You also get all sorts of monetary benefits (pension, life insurance, multisport card, meal allowance, phone allowance, stock options) on top of your base salary. Especially the stock options are quite rare in Czechia. And given the rising company value, they offer a great return on interest.
