What is health insurance like at QNet?
Pros
If you like working up till 3 to 5 am, even on your days off or on your sick bed without no extra work hours allowance, and without zero training or contract covering you as a staff then this is the right place for you, welcome.
Cons
Internal process very long. Back biting at each level. No health insurance. Even salary is never fully paid. No payroll, no job description, no fix process. No consideration no respect of local law or work ethics. In other words, nothing. And working each day with the fear of what new drama is gonna pop-up or when police is going for you all. A company with so many problems to solve.
Advice to Management
Any respectable company should have process and abide by local law, instead of refusing to pay taxes to the country in which they operate, its called fraud.
No health insurance.

Does QNet have any sort of mentoring programme?
Pros
As one of the major players in the direct selling industry, QNET is constantly seeking innovation and fresh ideas as it strives to match its customers' evolving needs. That said, there's always a flurry of activities from events, to social media campaigns, CSR initiatives, PR blitzes, product launches, etc. Suffice it to say that you'll never have a 'boring' day working in this company. Recently, the company has also invested a lot in training the staff - both internally and with external training providers - to ensure that we're all equipped to respond to the needs of the times. As for the people, I can tell for sure that I work with some of the most passionate, most committed people you'll ever meet. Sure, there's the occasional drama and some politicking, but at the end of the day, which company is so perfect anyway?
Cons
There are still some archaic policies and procedures that should've been left in the last decade but are somehow still being followed.
Advice to Management
We'd like to see more women rising and making important decisions in the organisation.
both internally and with external training providers
