- Remote work - You can work from anywhere around the world which is awesome! - Great benefits (work from home, health insurance, plenty of paid time off etc.) - Noble mission that has the potential to impact billions around the globe - Culture is wonderful and they make sure everyone's voice is heard

- It is a startup so it comes with all the aches and pains of a startup. I came in fully aware and expecting this. If you are expecting a corporate environment, this is not it

Many great minds on the team, with great opportunities for collaboration.

Cons

Serious lack of leadership which creates misalignment. No resilience to develop a plan and stick to it. Adaptability doesn't mean drop the Toronto market and and all the people, and create a new company in the US.

Not everyone is suitable to be a leader.
