Terrible compensation, is NOT competitive. Benefits are minimal and cost more for terrible coverage. The workplace is toxic -- utilizes "hustle culture" and is run like a sports team (and not in a good way). If you're not willing to be a part of the boy's club, you will be shut out.

Learn how to take criticism. Follow through with what you SAY you will do.

Advice to Management

ELL WELL will always and forever be my reason for loving Rdi. The genuine compassion and care for the management at RDI is unlike any company I’ve ever worked for and is what kept me with the company for years. They always made it accessible for anyone to show off their own personal skill sets as well as improve mental, physical & emotional health. RdI has not only given me life long friends but has also bettered me as a person and helped me achieve goals I never knew were possible. Thank You CEO Bronson for your core values, Chris Bells for being the best director a company could ask for & Dane Moores for always believing in me and pushing me to be the best version of myself.
