How are the career development opportunities at REPL Group?

Pros

Employee orientated company. Good communication from leaders about company direction. They are putting a lot of effort into making sure everyone is aware of their respective career paths. Lots of opportunity to grow with the company. Great culture and on boarding process. Continuous focus to improve.

Cons

As a new starter, it might sometimes feel a bit frantic not entirely sure where you are headed at first, but as time passed, it got better.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

They are putting a lot of effort into making sure everyone is aware of their respective career paths.

How are senior leaders perceived at REPL Group?

Pros

-A company that actually follows through on strategy -Honest with customers and employees, worldwide opportunity -5+ year relationships with leading/largest UK and US companies so work is genuinely interesting/profound if you're interested in the industry -Feedback orientated -Travel -Well compensated (salary and benefits package) -Rapidly growing US operation -A CEO who is fair and truly acts as a role model -Freedom to manage yourself and life -Often need to be a pioneer in what you're doing which can be exciting

Cons

-Often need to be a pioneer in what you're doing which can be scary -Relatively new so processes constantly evolving (could be a pro depending on how you look at it) -Currently transitioning from small-time to big-time company -Not all customers are in 'great' locations which can be challenging for work life depending on the customers needs for onsite presence

Advice to Management

-Keep the culture that exists now as the company gets larger - it'll set REPL apart from everyone else -Advertise positions better

-A CEO who is fair and truly acts as a role model

How is management perceived at REPL Group?

Pros

Good work-life balance, friendly and helpful colleagues, opportunity to grow, senior management is approachable. Also, the company seems to genuinely care about its staff, because they look after us well.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consultancy companies.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, the company seems to be steering in the right direction.
