How are senior leaders perceived at REPL Group?

Pros

This company isn't just about lip service, everything they say is true. They care about their employees above profits. They work hard to ensure employee wellbeing is at the forefront of everything they do from active diversity inclusion groups such as pride and EDAI to mental wellbeing support and more. Colleagues give 110% to go above and beyond for clients to ensure their success. Client relationships are long term. The entire business has access to a very transparent senior leadership team and communication is good throughout the company. They are always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

It has been hard working remotely for a company that has such a great culture, as you definitely don't get the fun water cooler time, lunches or activities the business is known for.

Advice to Management

Continue what you are doing to make REPL not just a great place to work but a beacon in society of how to do the right thing by people.

The entire business has access to a very transparent senior leadership team and communication is good throughout the company.
