Pros

My experience with RaftLabs has been fantastic thus far, and I have enjoyed the culture that Raftlabs has to offer. I began my career as a software tester and was looking for a job but was unable to find one. Many companies rejected my profile due to a lack of experience, but RaftLabs provided me with the opportunity to learn and study while working with an excellent development team, which gave me confidence because I was still in the learning phase. The staff also assisted me in learning how to uphold industry standards and meet deadlines. RaftLabs, being a remote employer, also allows us to maintain a work-life balance. They offered me with programs so that I could study and improve my expertise.
