Pros

Good work culture really flexible no toxicity or office politics

Cons

Since most people work remote office facility is not great specially if you have previously worked with any large corporate as compared to that office space is pretty basic

On time salary. No other pros.

Cons

This is the most employee hostile company I have seen. The HR likes to poke into the personal lives of people to find faults with them. They will never admit their mistake. The upper management also is not supportive of the employees.

Good environment and leadership. Lots to exposure for beginners

Salary is low. Very less appraisals and no additional bonus etc

Advice to Management

Please pay ur employee good salary and appraisal to motivate them

Pros

I joined RailYatri after my MBA. From the day I've joined, I've been learning and I would say it's a 360 degree development. I was almost a fresher in my current domain but after 1 year I have not just learnt but even leading one of the divisions in my domain. The management is very supportive and the culture here is so accommodating. You have access to connect with any of the leadership team and if you have hunger to grow then you're welcome here.

Cons

Quite often I find myself having difficulty in balancing work and life.

Pros

Nothing I found only salary comes on 1st of every month

Cons

They have let go many employees in time of covid They expect you to work for more than 12 hours on average for 7 times a day They schedule meeting on weekends without asking you if you are available or not They do not ask for the timeline of work they decide the timeline and if you are not able to complete in that time they treat you as a worker Senior management only listen to the employees who are related to them Hr does not give proper answer if you ask anything from them they talk very rudely When you have given resign if they want you to stay and you do not agree and leave after that they will not provide your documents and other stuffs in time you have to send multiple mails they do not answer They have asked many employees to leave without giving proper reason

Advice to Management

Value those employees who are working hard not only those who are related to senior management. Not only when they say they want to leave .

Senior management only listen to the employees who are related to them
