Does Rathbones Group offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Over the past year it's really does feel like Rathbones do care about their employees. So much has been made available to us in the time we've had to work from home and they've openly embraced the future of working from home. I can't speak for every team, but my boss makes it very clear that if people are doing overtime it either means that the boss isn't doing their job properly or the employee is having difficulty with their workload. And that it's not something that is expected.

Cons

I can't really think of anything that annoys me or is on my mind frequently about the firm. If we want to get professional qualifications, you can get them through the company, if you want private healthcare, it's dead easy.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing Paul
