How is management perceived at Redburn?
Pros
CEO's are great, pay is excellent
Cons
You will work LONG hours and don't get any recognition for it. Line managers with little experience will treat you like dirt. It is a super clique environment and uncomfortable. High turnover rates if you don't fit in.
Advice to Management
Train your line managers better, especially the ones who do not have manager experience. Try to demolish the cliqueness that happens and you will see more people stay.

Freedom to pursue your own ideas, small company culture and supportive of employees, quick progression, generally great people, research valued by customers.
Cons
Training programmes are limited. Hours can be very long.
