Does Reliance Industries offer a wellness program?

Pros

Benefits, infrastructure and outstanding campus.

Cons

You hardly get an increment. Even if you are getting promoted, you get 3% hike. You will always get some excuses while giving increment and bonus. There is no appreciation received, no rewards, no career path discussions with L1/L2.

Advice to Management

Compensation should be reviewed and corrected periodically. There should be openness and transparency. The employees should be valued and appreciated throughout their tenure.
