What kind of career opportunities exist at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre?

Pros

Less work Fixed salary Good place for married ppl and ppl with 10+ year who like to go office like a government employee and also good in doing politics in order to survive. Good hike every year.

Cons

The people who work in IT division who joined the company in 2008 the year it established in India are still there and didn't aware of the technology development in the it sector . In order to sustain in there place doing lots of politics. There is no mobility between the project There is no opportunity to involve the GET in the coding or development of application, simply some xl works and make the junior to come in shift timings. Without giving opportunity to involve in development , during the appraisal the TL is giving comments like not involving in development and only working on incidents and support activity. Due to there is no mobility between teams even though if a senior person had any grudge then he will easily target the junior. Due to there is no workplace they asking employee to come in shift timings to office.

Advice to Management

Please give adequate training on people management for the manager who promoted from technical lead to manager or who works there as a technical Person for 10 years and promoted as manager. Swap the team members from project to project in order to avoid targeting people and avoid one person creating a independent in the project and getting all the opportunity.

There is no opportunity to involve the GET in the coding or development of application, simply some xl works and make the junior to come in shift timings.

Does Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

Free to move to BA, new initiatives, gym, ample car parking, good busses, exposure to new stack

Cons

No mentoring for QA folks If you are a QA , you are pretty much on your own. From process establishments to recommendations and strategy builds, you receive no help , freedom and too much control 4m Dev team

Advice to Management

Effort invested for politics could be transferred to productive work

Nothing to say, it is only better for GET/PGET

Cons

Management is too worst Partiality on promotions (Regional / cast / relationship with reporting manager) Salary hike percentages are too worst Worst management and HR Nobody following the policy Look like joint venture company but not No correct hierarchy or reporting structure worst organization After CEO arrest situation is too bad (Alliance)
