Projects turn out to be very stakeholder based due to the global nature of the company; might slow down workflow

Pros
The people are incredibly encouraging and supportive Culture of mentorship Pays interns well Lots of opportunities to meet people all across the organization Projects are appropriate for 10-12 weeks and actually contribute to real company goals
Cons
Diabetes Care is currently playing catch-up with competitors Diabetes Care has very limited hiring out of the internship at the moment
