None could be said as I had an untrained Area Manager. Pros mostly depends on the Area Managers. There are some excellent Area Managers in SBI Life and some Incompetent/untrained/unethical Area Managers.

Cons

Incompetent and untrained lower level Managers, non existing HR and HR policies, less security for women and less Diversity and Inclusion. Entry or Lower level Area Manager provides no respect for women employees. Zero to none Business ethics followed by lower level manager, and the complaints by Customers regarding unethical and unprofessional behavior of Managers go unnoticed by Upper Management and Leadership .

Advice to Management

Better HR policies and safety for women. Train your entry or lower level Area managers to respect all employees and have professional behavior and ethics at workplace.

The only good thing about this company is your salary gets credited on time.

1 - you can work and work and still not get due credit for the same 2 - no proper sales support 3 - half of the time gets wasted in convincing the bank staff for their support in the work they are supposed to do, yet you'll be expected to do it for them 4 - favoritism works here, so be in the good books of upper management 5 - the ground level issues will not be heard and you'll be asked to reach your targets regardless 6 - no one cares if you complain or even quit the job. there will be no exit interview 7 - after reading all this too, if you like working on all days of the week and for long hours and don't have a personal life, please feel free to join the company

Please hear and address the issues that the BDE/BDM brings to you.
