- Company is growing into multiple new businesses so ample opportunities to take up challenging roles - Management is not afraid of taking a chance on young recruits, can fastrack your career - Work is varied and interesting if you are working in corporate roles - Colleagues and managers are supportive - Generous ESOP policies

Please fix your compensation structure, rest all boxes you are ticking off. Since the company is evolving into a tech company from a manufacturing set-up, expectations of employees will also change and your compensation policies need to reflect that.
