What are other benefits and incentives like at SThree?

Pros

Great environment for people who are social. You make great friends here and have a support structure from multiple teams. Uncapped commission is great, lots of activities throughout the year including incentive trips.

Cons

Base is low compared to internal recruitment postitions. The commission you take home is uncapped but heavily taxed so you need to do a lot of deals to make it worth it. It takes a while to ramp up your business with clients and pipeline of candidates but once you do it is rewarding.

What are sales commissions like at SThree?

Pros

Fast paced, uncapped commission, and great training structure to learn the basics of being a great recruiter. Business casual dress, early leave on Fridays, and nice flexible working hours.

Cons

A lot of turnover at times, which creates ever-shifting leadership structure. As with any sales-type role, commission is purely based off of performance, so if you go awhile without making a deal the low base salary can be tough. But if you perform well, you are rewarded richly, and they are currently working on changing the base salary to be competitive.
