What are co-workers like at SThree?

Pros

You really knew what the next day would be like. based on today . Regimented, not meandering meetings. Got work done and it could be hugely fun and a big learning experience.

Cons

You really knew what the next day would be like. based on today . Regimented. Could be hugely soul destroying. Working from home didn't really work in our area for the most part . Always felt we were being treated as children, not professionals . Good team got smashed up because of 'savings' . Feels like the company is putting out feelers to be bought out,
