What is the hiring process like at SThree?

Pros

they offer good benefits and their office is very centrally located in brussels

Cons

as consultant, it is really hard to identify with company, as there have been no events to get to know other consultants and employees. No opportunity to benefit from internal knowledge to get help on projects. Employees (HR,Payroll etc.) are barely answering e-mails and it is hard to get information. Really intransparent on internal processes. I also received a lot of wrong information during hiring process.
