Best commission package of any staffing company in the space - Opportunities to grow and open new teams or offices - Fun inclusive culture that fosters growth - Flexible working schedule to fit demands of busy life - Great management team that support growth and people taking career to new heights - Great incentives for top performers - Training plan to get new starters off the ground and productive within first 6-9 months

Cons

Base salaries slightly lower than other companies but commission package makes up for it hands down with uncapped potential

Don't focus on the number of speculative CVs sent out as a key KPI, it only agitates potential clients.

- Excellent training and development - Good support from managers and people around you - Family feel - Clear progression - Lots of opportunities and different career paths to take within the business - Amazing incentives

Cons

- Not many cons that i can think of from my time there - Some managers throughout the business can be very numbers focused
