Great team atmosphere, great opportunities, great benefits, opportunity to rise to senior management as growth is in house.

Not the best work life balance, the culture wasn't the best but they are continually trying to improve on that.

-Transparent career path -Great commission scheme -Made great strides to listen to employees and make improvements -Control of your own earnings and opportunity - if you work hard and take the coaching you will make great money and advance

-Very light at the top end of management structure - light on directors -managers can lack support at times because of the above -Became too worried about what employees wanted, so much that they lost their work hard play hard environment that many of their top performers thrived in, of late this has been improving though -flexibility around work hours but to a detriment of the environment

-Flexibility in working hours is great, but there needs to be more enforcement around this for under performers. -Continue listening to employee feedback but don't allow it to fundamentally change the company, we can't be the place for 'everyone to love'. We need to focus on the people that love what we are and what we offer
