Having retired as a Senior Officer from Army , i joined Safety Circle India in 2015. Since then I have had excellent varied experience with quality and rich exposure to conducting Pan India safety sessions in various corporates, Industries and govt organistaion. The management staff are very experienced, cooperative ,motivated and look after your quality travel, stay and basic needs so that you just copncentrate on training. The respect as a Senior Executive of the comapny I get is just because Safety circle has an very high Standards and built an excellent repo with clients in the field of Safety. The credit goes to our MD Mr BPS Bakshi, who is a very learned and qualified individual with rich experience and has all traits what an MD should have. He takes personal interest in ensuring training , grooming and welfare of his staff and that is the reason today we are one of the best safety Organisation in India. Feel proud to be part of such a Company which gives you an opportunity to career building and excel in life

They think employees are there slave. salary will never comes on time you have to beg to hr for your salary the worst organization where i worked due to god grace i came out from this hell

This company has very bad experiences. Every month salary is delayed. Management is very bad they can kick employee any time without paying and secondly in covid duration they have fired multiple employee. Totality is a very bad company in this company. Work on this is equivalent to destroying your future, so do not spoil your future. if someone wanted to know more feel free to reach me

Change your higher management like your PM they think employees are there slave
