How are promotions handled at Saia LTL Freight?
Pros
Excellent benefits, good pay, friendly coworkers
Cons
Good ole boy mentality, promotions or employment aren't necessarily based on skill but who you know or personal relationships. Charges department procedures weekly.
Advice to Management
Hire based on seniority or skills not not who grew up with your daughter
