I interned with Sapio Analytics as part of the Saksham project. The working hours were really flexible and the work pressure wasn't overwhelming. I also had a great mentor. Overall I had a good experience.

Cons

Since the internship was online due to Covid, I wasn't able to get the kind of hands on experience I was expecting. It could have been better if the internship was offline.

Pros

Sapio Analytics generally works in association with Indian Government, which give the interns an opportunity to work with real time data and real problems in the nation. Sapio Analytics is also a deadline oriented company. It endures time management skills in the fellow employees. They even connect with their fellow interns and employees for friendly chat, every alternate fridays.

Training prior the actual project is not provided.

Pros

Sapio provides excellent growth opportunities, the task-oriented work environment of the company gives a chance to learn new things. The team is very friendly and the leads are always supportive and encouraging.

Cons

Although the deadlines are very short, this provides a chance to groom ourselves for the professional work environment.
