Sapio Analytics generally works in association with Indian Government, which give the interns an opportunity to work with real time data and real problems in the nation. Sapio Analytics is also a deadline oriented company. It endures time management skills in the fellow employees. They even connect with their fellow interns and employees for friendly chat, every alternate fridays.

Cons

Training prior the actual project is not provided.

Pros

Awesome place to work for the fresher's as internship. Overall great learning experience as a beginner. Great work culture with diverse backgrounds.

Could be much more experienced if it was working from office.

Pros

There are many awesome reason for someone to work here at Sapio Analytics, one of them are that it is very learning friendly, it let us accept new challenges with full encouragement, as for me, I have joined here as Backend Developer but I have got the opportunities to work on varieties of project thus helping in my overall development. Also the Team or Sapio Family as we call here is lot healthier and fun to work. Our tech leads never discouraged us from trying out new thing while making sure we aren't overworking ourselves, and thus having a constant flow of creativity and productivity.

Cons

There aren't any notable cons here , if I have to really nitpick cons then I would say that here we are very strict about attendance.

Pros

Got to learn new technologies like tableau and improved on my current tech stack. Also got to co-lead two teams of 4-5 people, so I can say that the opportunity helped me to polish my soft skills too.

Cons

The downside for me was that I didn't get any stipend because it was informed prior to joining that it is a voluntary experience. Overall it was a great place to learn and I got to learn many things.
