I am learning a variety of work under HR department How the whole department works and how it connects the dots between all the employees of the organization with the upper management. The work here is diverse and there is clarity in working. The management here is professional and friendly.

No cons as such , just in the beginning the work load was a little to carry on as I was not used to manage my college, home and Internship together. But slowly getting a hang of it and team leader is also supportive in this matter. So eventually everything is settled till now, no pressure.

Sapio Analytics generally works in association with Indian Government, which give the interns an opportunity to work with real time data and real problems in the nation. Sapio Analytics is also a deadline oriented company. It endures time management skills in the fellow employees. They even connect with their fellow interns and employees for friendly chat, every alternate fridays.

Good to start with and learn things. Friendly and helpful mentors. Some good activities weekly.

No team work. Interns have to do whole whole projects themselves and so messy codebase. Worst HR department who never listen you No proper management of projects and single or hardly 2 interns are assigned to it and make it done. Mostly try to get unpaid or very underpaid interns who have to handle big projects and get paid very less or nothing.

The company culture is very good but please try to increase the compensation and benefits for the employees.
