Nothing Very bad management Not recommended

Cons

Very high work hour Work load not properly distributed Some time you will have no work while some times you'll be working over 12 hours Very low Salary

Pros

Nice working environment, Good projects(Govt. Oriented), Good team management.

Cons

Quite average salary, not proper compensation for work, No proper medium management to contact the officials of the company.

Advice to Management

The company culture is very good but please try to increase the compensation and benefits for the employees.

1. Very low stipend should start a minimum stipend policy.

Pros

- Work life balance - Amazing Working Environment - Good Projects and opportunities

Cons

- Very less interaction between employees - Need improvement with communication between departments - Less stipend / salary.

Advice to Management

- They should remove 3 months policy before starting to pay any stipend. They can change the policy to 1 month. - Need improvement in work culture a bit.
