What is health insurance like at Schulte Group?
Pros
I am happy working with BSM CSC and the medical insurance deal with the company. Regarding the service to its staff, BSM CSC is well-versed in the policies and guidelines, ensuring that work will be safe, especially for its clients.
Cons
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the salary offer and it is not flexible when it comes to working arrangements.
Advice to Management
Management should also consider benchmarking their salaries and work arrangements to other crewing/shipping industries.
I am happy working with BSM CSC and the medical insurance deal with the company.
