Does Seetec offer parental leave?

Working remotely Finish 4.30pm on a Friday

Work loads is unmanageable doing two peoples work Target driven to the point of being encouraged to lie to candidates and get them to get a job anywhere to get targets completed Micromanage culture Salary low for workload Benefits low eg sick leave, annual leave and maternity leave IT outdated with constant issues Working environment focused on hitting gov targets and not on how to help candidates Voice not heard passed on my feedback to HR when I left ignored it Online system set up for candidates is not useful
Advice to Management
Hire more staff Better benefits Higher pay Meet unemployed candidates needs first rather than being focused on meeting gov targets Stop micromanaging
