Are employees at Seetec generally happy and/or satisfied?

Some good staff at lower levels
Cons
No training, bad organisation when setting appointments for job seekers and most don't get appointments! No real care for job seekers from company , they just want the money.
Advice to Management
Managers have poor training and motivation for the job. Very harassing towards job seekers and most get jobs without Seetecs help. All managers in there think they can talk down to other staff. Disgraceful.

What is the company culture like at Seetec?
Pros
Good to experience unemployed with real social problems and gain knowledge of how not to treat people in communities..
Cons
Unemployed and community is totally ignored by Seetec. Company is same as a recruitment company working for social welfare. Cowardly management that don't care about staff or jobseekers. Very bullying tactics that force unemployed into unsafe and unsuitable jobs so they can get paid by social. Treats of cuts to payments of clients is very poor. This company is a ego driven and has no concept of community.
Advice to Management
Start by proper communication with the local community and stop cutting the allowances of very vulnerable people that you should be taking care of.

What are co-workers like at Seetec?
Pros
Since commencing work with Seetec it has been obvious that they value the work and input their staff make on both an individual and team basis. The level of support they offer their employees is something which I have not come across in previous employments. The job satisfaction is also very high, such as the satisfaction you personally get when your clients achieve their goal of fulltime sustainable employment, and you have been part of that journey with them. There is also an open policy of colleagues being supportive of each other which make the job easier and more enjoyable. Also while, like all company structures, there is a hierarchy structure within the company, it has been my experience that management adopt an inclusive team approach and not one where they tend to domineer over staff.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business Seetec are involved in, and being only human, you can be affected by some the difficult and upsetting situations which your clients can find themselves in. If you are a person who does not have a certain level of empathy, then this may not be the job for you.
Advice to Management
Continue to build further projects/plans, based on the experiences of front line staff, the eyes and ears of the business.
There is also an open policy of colleagues being supportive of each other which make the job easier and more enjoyable.
