How are senior leaders perceived at Shine?

Pros

None. In couldn’t find a single good reason to be in shine.com.

Cons

Long list of cons: Leadership is shortsighted. No vision, no long term goal, just survival. There is no leader here , just manager who do micro management. HR is non existent. All they do is recruitment, nothing beyond that. Shine.com CEO think everyone in the company is just chilling out and get a salary at end of the month so his KRA is to find fault in their work and insult them. No motivation, no guidance, no leadership, no direction. No fun at work. No events, parties or lunch/dinner with team. Not a place for people with good moral or ethical values. All the reviews with 5 stars are fake. Part of initiative HR team is doing for branding.

Advice to Management

Shut down shine.com and do a favour to the innocent customers who are being duped.

No motivation, no guidance, no leadership, no direction.

How is management perceived at Shine?

Pros

The individual teams are great among themselves, working together with good internal management. Particularly speaking of a certain team, every member is helpful and supporting. A general socio-professional environment is good for learning and growth.

Cons

The general management lags a lot in response and coordination. HR policies are not employee friendly, growth is slow due to corporate culture. Too much hierarchical distribution is also responsible for mismanagement, uncoordinated efforts among the teams, low morale, and lack of timely addressal to problems.

Advice to Management

Try to bring better communication and coordination system. Redistribute hierarchy to better response times. Counseling and empowering HR department to make better and rational policies. Recreating rules and regulations to promote performance instead of non-essential requirements. Periodic performance reviews and appraisals with shorter duration.

The individual teams are great among themselves, working together with good internal management.
