Cons

Not being paid a living salary. Treated as less than dirt by customers every day. Abusive management. Occasionally dangerous conditions.

Advice to Management

Outgrow your dated management styles, and remove those who hold on to their positions in management by doing the bare minimum. Start treating your employees like people. Increase wages, or allow workers who want it to reach full time and supply them with benefits so they can be taken care of. These people work hard, and deserve better.

Pros

The staff and employees are friendly, the hours are flexible and you receive a paid week of vacation after 1 year. They offer dental and vision benefits for part-time employees.

Cons

The organization was unorganized and the customers were mostly rude. Be prepared to be overworked and under paid. The job does not offer health insurance to part-time employees and the pay is the bare minimum.
