What is the feeling of job security at Shubh Loans?

Pros

Work from home for the entire tenure, yaa you have to play smart for that.

Cons

1. No salary hike, you may get a chance if you are lucky enough to stay there for more then one and a half years without getting fired. 2. One beautiful morning you may get to know that company had terminated your employment without any notice or advance salary in compensation. 3. Join if you are a sales champ who can source personal loans at an ROI of 36-42% Flat per year plus 3% of processing fee plus Rs 150/- documentation charges and GST extra. One more thing, it takes at least ten days of waiting time for final disbursement. 4. Your incentive may get hold for months, and after even if you had qualified the company may change the criteria for the eligibility of incentive 5. Your colleague may be on work from home from the past 6 -8 months. 6. It doesn't matter how hardworking or lazy you are. There is no individual productivity tracking, which makes your Boss the ultimate master of the ring. 7. In case you always wanted to be a part of Big Boss but didn't get a change then this company is the perfect place for you, each month company layoff employees and next month they hire new staff. 8. Some unlucky people were asked to leave only after two weeks of there joining. 9. This company has a tie-up with 3-4 banks/NBFC, which provide loans to the customers sourced by Shubh loan. Which makes enormous customer unsolved grievance that you can check on google reviews. 10. Once you out of the system, HR may not recognize your calls. 11. Playing with documents is common (If you know what I mean) 12. The corporate tie-up is fake, and hardly any corporate HR entertains shubh loans representative for providing loans services to there blue-collar employees. Yeah, but you can play around with this as well. 13. Best wishes if you are still going to join Team "Shubh Loans." THIS COMPANY DID LAYOFF EMPLOYEES ON THE SECOND DAY COVID-19 LOCKDOWN AND THAT TOO WITH NO COMPENSATION.

Pros

* The tech team is very good and are encouraged to grow by taking full responsibility for projects. * The Mentorship given by senior developer and CTO is very valuable for anyone looking to learn from them. * Exposure to multiple different technologies. * Very good salary hikes based on performance.

Cons

* On certain occasions work load might increase. But this can be good for someone looking to improve their skills very quickly.

What is the company culture like at Shubh Loans?

Good for fresher's to learn

Cons

Work culture is not good , even HR's are not friendly , no yearly hikes and no incentives or bonuses just 15 minutes lunch
