Yearly cost cutting on employees benefits. Ever changing management. Big hospital but only caters for children and women needs. Fast turn over of staff. Salary package at present includes basic and transportation allowance only. Opted to get manpower from agencies, avoiding paying gratuity and benefits. Good performance is not basis of staying in your work. Work politics is high. Thus, they keep non performing employees that is burden to the hospital and to few performing employees.

Keep performing employees and slash non performing ones.
