Does Signant Health have a pension plan?

Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Cons

Definitely not good if you want a stress free job or work-life balance. Salary and pension are not as good as competitors

Advice to Management

Please match the salaries with the market and assign a reasonable workload. The GPM team is on the edge of burnout. We lost a lot of good people and will keep losing if things don't change.

Does Signant Health offer parental leave?

Pros

Flexible work; Good benefits; They do good work

Cons

-Very high turnover -Senior leadership is very dismissive of DEI or anything close to that -Like many places, the manager you get will determine a lot. When my manager began being aggressively rude and lying about me, there was no one to go to. There were no options available to me that wouldn't have just brought more of her bullying behavior back on me. It was a miserable place with no support.

Advice to Management

Screen your managers better

Does Signant Health assist with or provide work transportation?

Pros

- Some of the people you meet are exceptional - The ones that have your back will do their best, but they will get beat down eventually. - Global company., decent benefits

Cons

I've never worked at a more disorganized and chaotic company. The communication is terrible, the leadership is clueless, and the turnover rate is through the roof. Do yourself a favor and look for work elsewhere. Management is abusive and unprofessional. The company culture is toxic and management plays favorites. Expect being worn down by trying to do the right thing. They will use you and show you the door. If you're looking for a company that innovates, look elsewhere too much ego in the way here.

Advice to Management

Toxic leadership drains the very people you need to get this company on the right track. Your reputation and values should be worth more than the egos you're trying to save.

What is health insurance like at Signant Health?

Pros

Signant is a good place to get a lay of the land in this industry. They have fairly good basics, and the work they do is comparable to other companies. You'll be busy while you're there, and you can develop some good contacts, and learn a lot if you want to. There are good health benefits, and PTO that increases the longer you stay - you can get over a month of PTO every year if you stay 5+years.

Cons

I would not recommend staying at Signant for longer than 1-3 years. You won't get the promotions you deserve when you deserve it, they'll ask you to stick it out doing work above your pay grade 'for just a while longer' that ultimately lasts over a year - this has happened consistently for many different people while I've been there. They will consistently underpay you the longer you stay - when I accepted a position with the same title at a competitor, their initial offer was 25% higher than my salary at Signant. You will burn out - dealing with difficult clients, terrible SOP enforcement, and no support because everyone else is similarly burnt out. Terrible onboarding practices. Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back for me was their 'diversity' programs. POC employees introduced several educational initiatives that were given no budgetary or leadership support. In 2021, calm and professional discussion in the company slack regarding leadership not fulfilling promises made during June of 2020 resulted in 10+ employees receiving written disciplinary warnings for discussing "activist content", and warned that the next notice could result in termination.

Advice to Management

Treat your employees well, and they'll take care of your clients.
