How are the career development opportunities at Singh & Associates (India)?

Pros

Good starting salary package. Will rarely work long hours. easy promotions. early promotions.

Cons

There's no room for career growth or professional experience. You'll join as Advocates and leave as data entry operators. Or basically just high paid interns.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Singh & Associates (India)?

Pros

There are no pros for the company. It is a complete waste of your career time if you are joining as you get no learning, no work at this company

Cons

You get no opportunity to work, you will be only asked to write articles every month just like one does at his/her college, there is punch in and punch out system and employees just die to reach on time because if you are late your salary will be deducted, after entering the office you are just supposed to sit as you study in a school with no work. I will strongly suggest to sit at home rather than getting a job at this company. You will get no work, no learning at all.

Advice to Management

Don't hire people if you dont have work. Employees prefer to work in a company that is employee friendly rather than in a hostel with strict warden and no work at all. If you hire people, allocate them work and don't make them sit idle.

Why do Singh & Associates (India) employees quit?

Pros

I have not discovered anything Pro

Cons

I know some employees were thrownout without reason just after a month of their joining. In these times of COVID, I felt that those employees were better of in their former law firms. They came to us with hopes and expectations. We destroyed them in no time.

Advice to Management

Please dont hire new employees and destroy their career
