Pros

You are in charge of your success. You get what you put into this role! You are giving a great deal of support and the best technology on the market to utilize. You are able to work as one of the family members- everyone treats one another with respect and comradery. You are given the ability to strike a good work-life balance.

Cons

The role requires you to juggle a lot at once- you have to be able to time manage. We are essentially selling a product that has a mind of it's own- sometimes that is a challenge to get them to do what we need them to do!

Advice to Management

Continue to hold people accountable like we have been- it's a motivator for the "doers" to keep on "doing"!
