How are senior leaders perceived at SpiderG?
Pros
SpiderG follows startup culture and that is the reason you have been served with many opportunities. CEO always welcome your new ideas and creative things. Freedom of work, flexible timing, right to speak/express, ownership, leadership and some of the relative things you will find at SpiderG.
Cons
Some time deadlines are unrealistic, but this will make you better in your skills.
Advice to Management
Starting process is one thing, maintaining it is a task. (People are willing to follow the process).

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at SpiderG?
Pros
Work life balance is always respected in this place. Leadership is always helping to improve and experiment. Work is always challenging and with great team it’s always exciting. Regular team meetings are very motivating and everyone is dedicated to hard work and solving new problems. Every new idea is taken into consideration and implemented. Responsibility is always given to employees and every required help with support to fulfill them.
Cons
Sometimes delay in developments causes some issues.

How is management perceived at SpiderG?
Pros
The team here is very supportive and energetic. Work is always new and skills are developed everyday. The management always pushes hard towards new learning. Courses are offered free of cost and time is given to learn. Anyone can reach to new potential very soon. Hard work is rewarded and smart work is appreciated. No long working hours or sitting idle at office. Anyone can join any team and start working. Team members and leaders respect each other and work together always. Anyone can expand their career with opportunities given by the management.
Cons
Office environment is fun sometimes which can be distracting if you have any important work. Team structure can be sometimes confusing.
Advice to Management
Keep improving the product. It is very innovative and new. Keep Motivate team on a daily basis to perform at their fullest.
