What kind of career opportunities exist at Sponge?

Pros

Awesome staff - never met anyone I didn't really like or get on with - a product of their painstaking recruitment approach.

Cons

Being a dog-friendly work-place has its disadvantages as well as advantages!

Advice to Management

Share a bit more with the staff - they are there to execute and deliver the corporate plans.

Are employees at Sponge generally happy and/or satisfied?

Pros

Great, talented creative people; modern HQ offices

Cons

Fast expansion led to: no effective onboarding; unclear and inconsistent explanation of business systems, tools, templates and processes; 100% utilisation on multiple projects with no time allocated in the time management tool for internal communication or collaboration - or creativity. Vast discrepancy between what was promoted and what was experienced.

Advice to Management

Look at ways to add value throughout projects rather than primarily focusing on reducing operational costs.
