How is management perceived at Steag Energy Services?

Salary on time transport facility

Worst company if you're beginning your career, average company if you're having 3-4 yrs experience, ok company if you're having 4+ yrs experience. Site Management is not driven by STEAG Corporate Culture which is a very serious issue. You will find a land-sky difference. When it comes to your case in any matter, Senior Management performs and take decisions based on Pure Politics then in terms of their own Personal requirements & then if still there's a Site requirement then they will take decisions accordingly. Management doesnt recognise your best skills, instead wants you to perform to their own tune and dance and perform accordingly. In simple terms, the management is aided by loyal bootlicking sidekicks who obey their every command. They don't realize or even take a break to realize your issues or needs, instead imposes their own decision. Certainly its an effect of the sanctioning of the wishlist of the bootlickers. The corporate culture is way cooler and employee-friendly. But the site management lacks in all aspects. People are your esteemed assets. And if you don't listen to them from time to time then they will certainly join your competitors. No use of asking resigned employees to fill the exit interview/feedback form when you don't even have the audacity to review and take relevant actions in order to improve the work culture for current employees. No increments, no bonuses, no recognitions, and then you expect employees to give 200% of their contribution and dedication towards work. Work-Life balance is a myth. They expect you to work as long as you can and certainly somewhat more. But all this at the cost of you not asking for any recognition, bonus, increments. Increments are basically like bread crumbs just given in order to stop you from complaining. well like it is expressed in the start, dont choose this establishment if you're beginning your career. If you do, you'll question your own career decisions and will repent over and over. if you're experienced, certainly you can land new career with good packages. but the hidden pandora box comes along with it.
