How is management perceived at Stonebridge Companies?
Pros
You're offered some decent perks through the company if you are able to find time to travel. Management seemed to allow employees to solve problems on their own without requiring constant check-ins/status updates.
Cons
Due to management spending more time hands off, they tend to disappear, and topically it is when things get busiest. You tend to not be sure of what"power" you possess as a front desk agent as your management will often swap between backing you on decisions made while they were absent, or reprimanding you for them (often in front of guests in order to make the guest feel empowered over employees).
Advice to Management
Become more consistent and clear on what is expected of your agents and what they can and cannot do. This way it is less of a shock when an agent is scolded instead of praised.
