Decent benefit package, good people working there, pay is fair

Cons

Toxic work enviroment, poor internal communication, focus is on lining a few ppls pockets and very little concern for the employees. Hard work with minimal to no real support.

Advice to Management

The company needs to learn how to effectively communicate, share the truth about the business, and realize that money can be made while still taking care of it's employees

Pros

It's a job during a pandemic time. Be prepared to be over worked and under paid.

Cons

Took 20% of people's salary away for the last year. The day it comes back, they cut cell phone re-imbursement in half. No 401K match. No bonus.
