How are senior leaders perceived at Stonebridge Companies?

Pros

Great colleagues, OK benefits, Opportunities for growth are there if you're fine with being a doormat.

Cons

Poor pay, micromanaging, unprofessional leaders, Little to no work/life balance, "My way or the highway" culture, Consistently being told how to do your job by persons who have no experience in your field, Senior leadership care only about customer satisfaction with little to no regard for employee satisfaction.

Advice to Management

To the leadership and human resources at the Courtyard Marriott Cherry Creek, please get your ship in order. You can't continue to put on a facade of exceptional service when your staff are constantly suffering with poor working conditions and equipment. Empower your staff to present ideas on how to improve daily operations and most of all make an effort to try and mentor your staff. Do not mistake "checking up" on people with micromanaging. Be professional with confidential information that is shared with you instead of sharing said information with other team members. That is how you will quickly lose the trust and respect of your staff.
