What is the salary like at Strata Decision Technology?

Pros

There are a handful of smart people who want to improve things and create a better environment, if you are at the company seek them out and your time will be much better.

Cons

The environment at Strata is toxic. Company events are drunken messes, the company encourages over indulgence which leads to a lot of inappropriate conduct, sometimes involving clients. Sexual harassment runs rampant, ranging from very inappropriate comments and solicitations to grabbing and groping. The most disturbing part is upper management and HR side with the harasser and sweep everything under the rug. Most of the offenders are still working in the company currently, getting promotions and pats on the back. Those that have left the company did so to climb the ladder elsewhere, not because they were held accountable for their actions. High level employees are incompetent, many of them have elevated well beyond their capabilities. Many fake positions are invented with large salaries and no use just to keep around older employees who have been with the company for some time. Recently some of this info was left in an insecure public drive and was found by an employee. The result of this was the person who found it was fired, whilst the high level employee who caused the breach was shielded with no repercussion. For a company entrusted with massive amounts of PHI this is troubling on a much higher, and honestly legal/public concern level.

Advice to Management

The parent company needs to overhaul the entire upper level management, from C-level employees to directors. It's only a matter of time before a lawsuit or news article about conduct at the company severely damages the company.

Many fake positions are invented with large salaries and no use just to keep around older employees who have been with the company for some time.
