What is it like working with clients or customers at Strata Decision Technology?
Pros
Strata is very focused on growing the skills and careers of current employees. The business is growing 20-30% per year. With this growth, plus the development of new modules, bringing in new functionality such as advanced analytics and building new services, there are always new roles and new types of roles opening up. Strata has focused on building and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction throughout it's growth. When issues arise with customers, tech services, product, client services, experience management and leadership work together to try to resolve the issues. As someone who works with clients, I can say that Strata genuinely wants to do what is right for clients AND the company.
Cons
Not really a con in the big picture of being part of a successful company... but Strata takes accountability seriously. Employees are expected to perform consistently against expectations for this role. If people are not performing well, leaders share feedback and coach people to get better. Feedback and coaching happen for everyone - a lot. For some people, even strong performers, getting a lot of feedback and coaching can feel overwhelming, even though it is meant to help grow someone's skills.
As someone who works with clients, I can say that Strata genuinely wants to do what is right for clients AND the company.

How is the office food at Strata Decision Technology?
Pros
Company is having great success and growing very quickly. Great people who care a lot about the work they are doing. Open culture that asks for feedback and always doing nice things for the employees. Lots of training available for every person who works here. Whole company spent an entire day in January brainstorming and planning community service ideas for the upcoming year, based on the causes people care about. Free Snacks and drinks in a cool office. Casual and fun. Invests in the people and the company. Normal growing pains but open to suggestions on how to solve things that are happening. Honestly, keeps getting better and better with each year.
Cons
Lots of hiring right now but some resource constraints felt because of growth. Light on holidays (9) but have added one the past 2 years to address the issue. Need to give more paternity leave.
Advice to Management
Keep up the work you are doing. The improvements being made are real and felt by the employees. Thank you.

What are working conditions like at Strata Decision Technology?
Pros
Overall, people care about their jobs. They care about the company. People are open to collaboration and a fast pace of change.
Cons
It's not perfect, just like any other company. There are some people who underperform but get to stay in their roles, which is annoying at best.
Advice to Management
Everyone needs to be held accountable to the same minimum set of expectations.
