Does T-Mobile offer a wellness program?
Pros
They care about diversity and inclusion and the mental health benefits are decent
Cons
Over the last two years or so—basically since the merger and the departure of Legere—this company has treated its employees worse and worse, from unrealistic project deadlines to laying people off while increasing workload to worse health insurance options to renovating the offices to eliminate actual workspaces in favor of an open office that absolutely no one has ever wanted or benefitted from.
Advice to Management
You keep sending out surveys to employees and completely ignoring the results, so I don’t know what I could say here that anyone would pay attention to. Maybe when you get some criticism, don’t berate the people being honest and sincere (only to pretend to apologize later) and instead try to help?

Does T-Mobile offer life insurance?
Pros
Medical, dental, $2000 towards braces, vision, 401K, stocks, employee stock purchase plan discount, 75% off cell phone bill discounts, child care, education reimbursement, elderly care, 2K towards funeral expenses of an immediate family member, short & long term disability, life insurance, growth opportunities within the company. Working in Seattle with corporate directly is truly a pleasure and would remove all cons. Working in local city with local managers leads to the cons listed below.
Cons
Commissions are not as great as they used to be, high quotas, hard to attain leading reps to a lot of fraud, which in turn makes the good reps doing things right look bad. Awful managers, a lot of favoritism. They preach a lot of inclusion but in reality is who you know otherwise forget getting a promotion. You'll be backstabbed plenty. Huge disconnected with corporate leaders at the level of John Frier and the actual front line. If you speak up you get in trouble even though they have a whistleblower policy, local managers always find a way around that to make your life a living hell and it is a toxic work environment.
